1. 30-Day Return Window

You may return eligible products within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition

  • Items must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories

  • Items must be free from stains, odors, and damage

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.


2. Free Returns — No Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees or processing fees for approved returns.

Customers are responsible only for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, etc.).


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale / clearance items

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as non-returnable at checkout


4. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, exchanges may be requested subject to product availability. If the item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
