Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

During peak sale periods or holidays, processing times may be extended slightly; however, we always work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

5. Delivery Areas

We currently ship within the United States (excluding U.S. territories, military addresses, and PO boxes in certain cases). If we cannot deliver to your provided address, our Support Team will contact you promptly.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate depending on the carrier.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of purchase, please reach out to us for assistance.


7. Delivery Issues & Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping fees may apply. If the carrier marks a package as “delivered” but it cannot be located, customers are encouraged to check with neighbors or local carrier offices.

Ninjeeves is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered; however, we will assist in filing inquiries with carriers when possible.


8. Changes or Cancellations

If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee adjustments once an order has entered the fulfillment process, but we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.
