Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 14 business days.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider’s processing time.
3. Non-Refundable Charges
Please note the following:
Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if all items from your order are returned.
If the return is not due to Ninjeeves’ error, any return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds do not apply to items marked final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
