Order Policy

At Ninjeeves, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right — quickly, fairly, and with care.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Please double-check your order details before checkout, especially size, color, and quantity.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. A 10% cancellation fee applies.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

  • To request a cancellation, email support@ninjeeves.com with your order number.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges for incorrect selections (e.g., wrong size or color).

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new order instead.

  • Need help choosing the right fit or style? Our team is happy to assist before you purchase.

Returns & Refunds

  • Return requests are accepted within 120 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are final.

Eligible for Return:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • Product differs significantly from its online description

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Item has been used, washed, or altered

  • Minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., loose threads)

  • Missing original tags or packaging

  • Damage not caused by Ninjeeves

How to Request a Refund
Email support@ninjeeves.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos of the issue

  • Proof of purchase

  • Shipping receipt (if applicable)

⚠️ Important: Do not return any items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

  • Refunds include original shipping charges.

  • If your refund hasn’t appeared within 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Return window: 120 days from delivery

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue is Ninjeeves’ fault

  • Ninjeeves is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit
